Terms of Service

By utilizing RevWiki, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Access to Phase 1: Ignition is restricted to registered enthusiasts. You must provide accurate and verifiable information during the reservation process. We reserve the right to revoke access to the Platform at any time if information provided is found to be fraudulent or misleading.

RevWiki provides automotive intelligence for informational purposes only. While we strive for precision in our telemetry and wiki data, BreaktroughF1 LLP does not warrant the absolute accuracy of technical specifications or market insights. Use of data provided on the Platform for high-risk automotive modifications is at the user’s discretion and risk.

As a member of the RevWiki ecosystem, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the RevWiki intelligence engine.
• Submit false telemetry data or intentionally misleading wiki entries.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform’s operational stability.

The RevWiki name, logo, "Phase 1: Ignition" branding, and all proprietary intelligence algorithms are the exclusive property of BreaktroughF1 LLP. Unauthorized reproduction of Platform assets or data structures is strictly prohibited under international intellectual property law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BREAKTROUGHF1 LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE DIRECT CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY THE USER FOR PLATFORM ACCESS WITHIN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Phase 1 or any Platform services without prior notice if we detect a breach of these Terms or any activity that compromises the RevWiki community.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of RevWiki shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
